Applying takes four simple steps. Mark these dates on your calendar so nothing slips through.

Application deadline

June 1

Registration form and $100 fee submitted.

Documents due

July 15

All required documents emailed to the admissions office.

7th & 8th

Middle school, 2027–2028 academic year.

Submit the registration form
Complete the online registration form and pay the $100 registration fee as part of the application.

Send the required documents
After you register, we email you a confirmation with the links you need. Send all documents to info@horizonacademytx.org.

After documents
Student interview
We invite your child for an interview so we can get to know them, their goals and their interests.

Final step
Enrollment decision
Final enrollment decisions are communicated to families after the interview process is completed.

A short online survey. The link is emailed to you after you register.

Mentor Reference Form
Completed by a mentor or teacher who knows your child. The link is emailed to you after you register.

Qur’an recitation recording
A short video or audio recording of your child’s recitation.
